I made a reservation at QUSTOS TRATTORIA two days in advance and was looking forward to dining there. However, upon arrival, I found a note on the door stating that the restaurant was unexpectedly closed that day. This was extremely disappointing, as I had not received any notification about the closure, even though my reservation was confirmed.
It would have been helpful if the restaurant had contacted me in advance to inform me, so I could have made other plans. This kind of miscommunication is not what you expect as a customer.
I hope they improve their communication with customers in the future.
